Tipton-Haynes Partners For Greenway Growth |

| Tipton-Haynes hosted the opening reception to the 2009 Greenways and Trails Forum in Johnson City which featured speakers and participants from a wide variety of disciplines to offer support and advice to other greenway-savvy communities. Johnson City Mayor Jane Myron and Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Jim Fyke attended the reception along with a wealth of other prominent greenway advocates. |

| Explore the legacy of Tennessee's Civil War Cavalry as the Tennessee State Museum's traveling exhibit comes to Tipton-Haynes. The opening wine and cheese reception will be held on Tuesday, November 11 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Members and friends welcome to attend. This exhibit will remain on display until early January 2009. |
